How homeowner requests come in
Homeowners find us through search when something breaks: a snapped spring, a door that won't open on a cold morning, an opener that quit. They send a short request with their name, phone, ZIP, the problem, how soon they need help, and an optional photo.
Exclusive means exclusive
- One request goes to one company. We don't sell the same request to several contractors.
- Territory by ZIP code and city. Companies are matched to the ZIP codes they cover, starting with Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Eden Prairie, Woodbury, Lakeville, and Blaine.
- Homeowners know how it works. Our site tells them their request goes to one local company, and that the company pays us, not them. See what homeowners see
Request types
- Broken spring replacement (torsion and extension)
- Doors that won't open or close, including winter no-opens
- Off-track doors and cable repairs
- Opener, remote, and keypad repair
- Noisy doors and tune-ups
- New door and full replacement quotes
Each request includes the homeowner's urgency (ASAP, today, or this week), so you know what's an emergency before you call.
How homeowners are contacted
Homeowners ask us to have one local company call them. Unless a homeowner has given written consent that names your company, contact must be a regular, manually dialed call: no autodialed or prerecorded calls and no texts. We'll go over the details with you.
Pricing
Pricing depends on territory and request type. We'll walk through it on a call.
What we look for
Established local garage door companies that answer quickly, quote honestly, carry liability insurance, and serve the ZIP codes they sign up for. We'll go over the specifics on a call.
Every company is an independent business, responsible for its own work, pricing, insurance, and warranties, and for holding any license Minnesota requires for the work it does.
